These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of services provided by Velome Private Limited and Velome Global Australia (“Velome,” “we,” or “our”) in connection with the sale and use of prepaid eSIM data plans. By accessing or using Velome’s platform, website, or app (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
Velome may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
Velome provides prepaid eSIM data services (“Service”) through its Platform. Users can purchase, activate, and manage eSIMs for compatible devices. Payment transactions are securely processed via Stripe, ZohoPay, PayPal, UPI, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Transactions are processed in INR (if purchased from India) and AUD (If purchased from any other country apart from India).
To access Velome services, users must create an account and provide accurate personal and billing information. Registration allows access to Velome’s full suite of offerings, including purchasing eSIMs and managing your account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Users must ensure their device is eSIM compatible and network-unlocked. Device compatibility may vary by carrier and country. Velome provides resources to assist users in verifying compatibility, but cannot guarantee seamless activation on all devices.
By using Velome services, you agree to:
Use the Service lawfully and responsibly.
Refrain from abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities affecting Velome, other users, or network integrity.
Provide accurate information during registration and purchase.
Failure to comply may result in service suspension, account closure, or liability for incurred charges.
Commencement: Service begins upon successful purchase and activation of an eSIM plan. Users are responsible for activation according to Velome’s Activation Policy.
Duration: The service duration depends on the plan purchased. Service starts immediately upon activation.
Termination: Service ends upon plan expiry or if user obligations are violated. Velome reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected fraud, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms.
Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, UPI, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
Charges & Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Users cannot offset charges against Velome, except for legally validated claims.
Security: Payment processing is secured through third-party providers. Velome does not store sensitive card details.
Refunds may be requested within 60 days from purchase if activation is impossible after troubleshooting.
No refunds once an eSIM is installed and used, except for unresolved technical issues caused by Velome.
Users must cooperate with troubleshooting for refunds to be processed.
Refunds do not cover unused plan validity or external costs.
Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases may be denied refunds.
Users must report any disputed charges within 14 days of receiving an invoice or transaction confirmation.
Disputes reported after 14 days may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but Velome is not obligated to resolve them.
Reports should include necessary evidence, such as screenshots or transaction details, sent to support@velome.travel.

Provide necessary evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages).
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 21 days, subject to bank processing times.
Purchased eSIM plans cannot be modified or customized. Velome offers plans as-is, without individual alterations post-purchase.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Service interruptions due to device issues, network outages, or carrier restrictions.
Data loss, incompatibility, or errors caused by user devices.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Velome harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.
Velome is not liable for service failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or network outages.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding.
Your use of Velome services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

Velome plans to expand globally. Users outside India are subject to local laws and regulations. Terms may be updated for international users as required.
